MOU with NmoHub, Saudi Arabia

NmoHub and G6 Global leverage each Party's respective capabilities, experience, and networks across Saudi Arabia, Korea, and the United States. The Parties intend to cooperate in the following areas:

1. Startup Market Entry: Supporting selected startup companies in preparing for and entering the Saudi, Korean, and U.S. markets.

2. Business Development: Facilitating appropriate B2B and B2G introductions, business development, market validation, mentoring, and consulting activities, including potential initiatives in Riyadh, Korea, and the United States.

3. Programs and Events: Exploring joint entrepreneurship education, acceleration programs, startup pitch competitions, demo days, VC forums, and related events.

4. Investment Network: Introducing selected startups, where appropriate, to relevant venture capital, accelerator, angel investor, and strategic investment networks. Neither Party guarantees funding or investment.

5. Saudi-Korea-USA Startup Bridge: The Parties may jointly establish a practical startup bridge connecting Saudi Arabia, Korea, and the United States. NmoHub may support selected companies seeking entry into the Saudi market and access to the local ecosystem, while G6 Global may facilitate appropriate access to business and investment networks in Korea and the United States.
